Rates

The rental price includes: towels; linens; electricity.
Price:  Weekly prices year 2008:  from Euro 1.000,00 to euro 1.500,00.
Number of persons: maximum six.

Terms and conditions

General booking conditions and sales contract
Arrival: Saturday between 4.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
Departure: Saturday between 8.00 and 10.00 a.m.

Payment terms
- 30% of the total amount due within 5 days of booking;
- the refund of balance ( 70%) must be paid in cash at the arrival.

Consumer withdrawal
In the event of cancellation by the customer, the following cancellation charges apply:
-          full deposit if the cancellation is made up to 30 days prior to the holiday start;
-          20% of the deposit for cancellations made between 29 and 20 days prior to the holiday start;
-          10% of the deposit between 19 and 12 days prior to the holiday start;
-          No refund will be made for cancellations made 11 days prior to the holiday booking date.

Payment methods for 30% of the total
-          We accept Paypal System or Bank Transfer.
-          All the bank expenses to be paid by the customer.

Sales contract
The booking is only considered to be accepted with the consequent making of the contract when the organiser sends the customer written confirmation of the same (e-mails), and on receipt of the 30% deposit as stated in the payment terms. Failure to make the payments by the aforementioned dates (deposit) shall constitute an express reason for contract termination and shall grant the organiser the right to cancel the booking.

Security deposit
When the keys are handed over to the client a deposit of euro 250,00 must be paid in cash.
Such amount will be refunded at the end of the holiday, less any deduction made for any damage caused to the property, or for any additional cost not included in the letting price. The owner or his representative may refuse access to the property if the deposit is not handed over.
