Terms and conditions

General bookings conditions and sales contract
Check in: Saturday between 4pm and 8pm unless a different arrangement has been made in writing.
Check out: between 8am and 10am

Payment terms
A deposit is required within 5 days of booking.

Cancellation by the client
Any cancellation by the Client must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Organiser.

1. Cancellation more then 31 days before arrival 50% loss of deposit.
2. Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival 100% of deposit loss.

Payment methods
- We accept Paypal System or Bank Transfer
- All the bank expenses to be paid by the customer.

Sales contract
The booking is only considered to be accepted when a written confirmation has been sent from the Organiser to the Client and a deposit by the Client has been made within the payment terms. Failure to make the payment by the due date the Organiser reserves the right to treat the Client's booking as cancelled.

Security deposit
When the keys are handed over to the client a deposit of Euro 250,00 must be paid in cash.
Such amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, unless any deduction is made for any damage caused to the property, or for any additional cost not included in the letting price. The owner or his representative may refuse access to the property if the deposit is not handed over.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is open from May to October.
